Did this in the "back woods". Unfortunately people with three-wheelers were back there... and paint ballers... and I can still hear traffic on 518 & Bay Area... and low-flying planes fly over... and Hobby Air too... and then there is the occasional jet skier and/or boater... and the sound of nail guns on the new housing development... etc...
My favorite are the teenage boys on three-wheelers... grinding through thickets on narrow coon trails... cussing at each other... just "being boys".
But fortunately, somehow... when I draw it gets quiet...
So in retrospect, I left my house because of the leaf blower, weed eaters, chain saws, mini-bikes...
I say in retrospect... if I want quiet... I need to drive about 70 miles.... or better go out to Big Bend... but not this time of year...
It is Spring Break. Yee haw.
