I've planned on revisiting Lincoln since last July 4rth when I started painting.
I've had the first Lincoln in the bedroom since day one.
Kaley and I have made a joke where we talk to Lincoln when we read.
I keep thinking about Lincoln.
I have this odd feeling that this is somehow important... and is where I need to invest.

This is beautifully painted but rather creepy and disturbing.
The first Lincoln, I didn't really paint, I put paint on minutely.
If you go to the guest bedroom, you'll see a smiling innocent Lincoln on one side, then the war torn Lincoln on the other.
This is what I always saw... it is good to be able to paint what you see... but I'm still not there.
