This is a blip of an article about Speer. After reading it, Speer showed it to Hitler.
Looks like Hitler thought it pretty flattering.

It wasn't all ignorance. He chose to be "ignorant".
The point here is that he was more than *part* of the machine.
He was very instrumental, if not *the* driving force behind it all.
