Moral Consequences Of Economic Growth

Got this on Monday. Written by the former chairman of the dept. econonomics at Harvard.

He is pro-growth, actually.

I am hoping this doesn't boil down to a moral obligation for me to get rich so I can float the boat... but I'm trying to keep an open mind.
