I'm still under quarantine. Have two more Tamiflu to take. Still don't think I've quite licked this thing.
Kim took Kovi and Kaley down to the beach to see Memaw and Paw. Kim said it was beautiful. My mom had called last night saying the same thing. After a norther, when it is clear and bright, around sunset, the light reflects off the water making it look very pretty. I know nobody will believe me on that. I mean pretty by any standard. Carribean, Hawaiin --- whatever. Honest. Go down to Quintana, across the bridge, and see miles of open beach with only a few people.
What's neat is when people call me to tell me they went or are there.
Once, a friend took me to a place where the Spoonbills congregate. I want to say it was at the mouth of the Brazoria River. There were hundreds of them. When we got too close in the John boat, they all flew up at once. That was cool.
Saribell came by while I was working on the 48x36 painting that I mentioned yesterday. She said, "It is nothing, but I like it. It is very good." Saribell has always been interested in more realistic stuff.
Earlier today, I charcoaled a tomato. With all the paintings and drawings down, the house looks a lot different. The livingroom looks cool, IMHO. Also, with "rule #1" in place, the rooms are staying picked up. This place is alright :)

looking forward to seeing the new picture. Sorry about you feeling so bad I hope you get over it soon.
Thanks, Penny. I'll see if I can borrow my neighbor's camera and put a couple pictures up.
