Dropping

Today, at work, a guy who hadn't seen me in a while said, "You got big!" The guy next to him said, "You aren't supposed to say that!"

It's okay. It's reinforcement.

I know you can't keep dropping this way, but I've lost 6.4 lbs. in the last two days.

I wanted to tell the guy, "You should have seen me yesterday!"
