As a NASA contractor, I'm not allowed to give gifts to civil servants which are over $25. So I'm going to have to de-frame the drawing and make a frame out of scrap wood.BTW, I've heard about one million Obama slams now. Yesterday, at Starbucks, they were particularly mad about the peace prize. Go Obama.
