Utility Boat

I think this is what I might like to build.  It's 11 feet and weighs 140lbs.  You can run it with a 10 hp motor.

    Hmmm... I hear Honda makes some nice motors for boats. Honda #3 coming up?

    Lost my first comment. Thinking about a Yamaha 9.9. I have a Honda engine being replaced right now!
