Yesterday I Hated Everybody

I missed my painting class due to my flu/chest cold.  Yesterday, it got progressively worse.  I really wanted to lay on the hammock.  The kids were pestering me.  Kim was shrieking about cars.  Scotty was stealing Kovi's toys.  I got so mad.  I got mad at *everybody*, even people who weren't here.  I got mad at the doctor for shooing me away.  I got mad at Bart who said, "When I went to the doctor I could barely talk.  They said, 'Why did you wait so long?',  I told'em I only go in a real emergency."  I went to the creek and set my hammock up down there.  The hammock broke.  I fell about 4 inches.

I came back home and got a gay pink blanket and went to the backyard.  I hid behind a tree.  I started reading a book and fell asleep.  I slept for a couple hours.

After coming in, Kim took the kids and I slept on the couch.  By 9:00pm or so I had a 102 degree temp. I was a bit delirious.

Then I got mad at Kaley.  After her show, she bolted thru the house to check her facebook.  If I'd been dead in the hall she'd tromped over my body saying, "Whoops".

Somewhere in the middle of the night, my fever broke and I woke in a sweat.  Then I started thinking, bet Larry's going to see if I wanna go fishing and I'm going to say I'm sick and he's not going to believe me like last time I was sick.

Think I'm okay today.

But I think I might still be mad at some more people! lol

PS: Joel talked to me on Thursday.  He asked me, "How's NASA?"  When he says that he means, "You suck".  He told me his company had 20 openings for programmers.  He told me I should work for his company.  I said, "Well, I have a company.  I'd have to fire my employee, fold the company, terminate my contract, stop working with the people I've worked with for 15 years, start commuting to Sugarland and make less money (i didn't say that actually)"  He just kept on going, "But this is a multi-BILLION dollar company.  We are sucking up companies left and right.  We're successful!  NASA, I hear, NASA is going down.  These openings won't last long.

I just wonder, what is their gay policy.
