I've got gear, supplies, clothes and books galore. I wish it were simple. I must be ready for the thirties at night and be ready in case it rains. I've got to pack a tent, sleeping bag, stove etc. I've got fly tying tools and materials. I've got waders, three rods and all that. I've also got paints, brush cleaner, brushes, canvas etc.
Once I get to Seattle, I've got to get groceries for almost two weeks. Then I'll drive into the mountains at this park where I'll set up my tent and sleep. Next morning, it'll be off to the ferry for the couple hour trip to the lake.
It's about tiring!
PS: Still waiting for the UPS to deliver my full sinking line!

Just curious...what books are you taking?
Actually, I just had to take a few books out because of the weight and space. Anyhow, my books were/are drawing/painting, two Northwest mushroom guides, book on fly tying, book on knots/nets, an astronomy guide and a Stephen Hawking book called "The Grand Design".
