I think it takes 10-20 years to be a real artist. On top of that, you have to do something meaningful and original. On top of that, it has to stand the test of time. I can almost sense what that might be like. I'm guessing it is nearly accidental and the work takes a life of its own... almost as if it did it. I think the work can even turn on the artist... leaving the artist in a perpetual run to get away from the association. Okay... too much there. Uhhh. Thanks!
