Gar

I had a 18-24" gar on my #3 yesterday.  Very exciting with all the diving and commotion.  Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, since I don't have my net built :( I lost him while trying to pull him up out of the water.  Caught him on the "popper" that Kovi got me for my birthday.  I cast right over his snout and bam.  I was so surprised I hooked him.
