I think I keep coming back to this because as a kid I was entranced by those crazy deep sea fish with the teeth, dangling glowing bait balls on the head and luminous bodies etc. Sea creatures are really interesting.
It's that and the mix of words with the repetition of 'eee' (teeth,mean,deep,streaks,vietnameeese,eel,mystery) and 'm's mixed with 's's (mouths, mean, mush, mirror, mystery... sharp, sliding, slithering, silver, streaks, soup, snakes) and something else that I can't put my finger on.

These guys are like aliens to me. I think they make my imagination run. Ribbon fish. There's so much that makes my imagination run. I'm a nut.
I keep coming back to this post. I've read it 50-60 times. I read it to Kovi last night. What a wicked shiny creature.
