I Just Turned Fourty Seven

I turned 47 today.
I just gave one of my "rants" to Kaley.

First off.
Lift off.
Here's what's next for NASA.

Exploration
NASA is designing and building the capabilities to send humans to explore the solar system, working toward a goal of sending humans to a captured, relocated asteroid in the next decade and landing humans on Mars in the 2030s. We will build Orion with a capacity to take four astronauts on three week missions.

 2039-2014=25years.
47+25=72

I'd be 72 if that happens.
It's possible, but not probable.

I wrote the President Of The USA a couple weeks ago
I got a semi-personal response.
My story was about reaching to the stars.
And hoping America will send astronauts to Mars.
He may have read it.
Hope he did.

I'm too tired to write anymore
but just tidbits:

Kim made me the blackberry cobbler
Got presents
There were streamers
Candles
And Kovi's "Cha cha chaaaaa"
He's done that since he was old enough to speak

What a great time
I am beginning to feel comfortable
in this older man

I just hope he knows how to sling code
Make good decisions
Make the ends meet
