See the hairline mark. That isn't 45 degrees. I found that out after just about pulling my hair out. Not really. That would hurt too much.I don't have a 45 degree tri-square... and the frame was cock-eyed after slowly cutting each piece.
What gives?!?! Why can't anything just work?!?!?
There are a lot of factors that could have caused the frame to go cock-eyed. A sixth of a degree or so on the left blade of the frame cutter was causing much almost hair pulling.
