Ink's Not Pink

Bought ink and an ink pen this morning.

I enjoyed making this buttercup.

It looks more crisp, pure black and white, in real life.

I just had to splotch it up some.

I don't quite understand how the pen works, I am not even sure if I am drawing right side up or not.

I ought to draw for a year or two, then start painting again.

Pen and ink is more like real drawing.

With charcoal, you can cheat with the eraser.

Really, I just don't think I can do it.

Drawing like this is like playing music off the top of your head, but consistently making good music. It'd take so much dedication... and I've started way too late.
