Managed to get out and paint. This is 9x12. This is along what I call "the long walk". Where the sidewalk jogs to the left is where I saw Spoonbills one day. It so happened that day that I was completely unsure of what the heck I was doing, and seeing those guys bottom feeding for shrimp was somehow an answer for me.
When I stepped back from the painting, a portion blended in so well that I couldn't tell the background from the painting. That has never happened. It was real cool.
This is probably one that if you step back a bit from the monitor it'll look better. I need a better setup for taking pics of the paintings.
I may be showing paintings like this one in the EDGE lab. May even put price tags :-)
