I intended to do this as an underpainting for an abstract. Then ended up thinking it was okay to keep plugging at. Ended up having fun playing with it.I find myself wanting to squint at the sun in the painting. Think that is pretty neat.
I think it may look decent in a frame. At the same time, I find myself wanting to toss it. I keep asking myself, "Why spend so much time on this thing?"

Just so you know, many of these look better on the internet than in person. And sometimes look better in person.
The abstracts look better on the internet, IMO.
Unfortunately, we are contrained to a monitor, so things are all pretty much the same size.
