Sunflowers Started

Well, I started. Charcoal sketched. Added a preliminary background. Used Manganese Blue, Naples Yellow and Zinc White. The mix I did makes a slate-like blue.

The flowers have begun to wilt a bit. Hope they will perk up with the sun tomorrow.

Took a picture of the progress, but the picture didn't look good.

This one may end up a have-to-see-in-person... since it is 4 foot by 3 foot... the photo reduction just kinda kills it.
