Girl Scout Cookies

I really don't have much to write about. I was sitting here thinking about what, if anything, to write. Normally, I have some pressing issue or some revelation that I feel compelled to write.

I love the dude's haircut. I pushed him on his scooter too fast and he fell off backwards and bonked his head. Emmy was over. Kaley almost went on her first sleepover to Bill & Tracey's house. I'm glad she stayed. Bill was tired, and I wanted to read the next chapter in "The Miraculous Journey Of Edward Tulane" with Kaley.

I saw a documentary on Rothko last night. I painted this evening. I thought it was good at one point, well kinda good. But then I hacked it to pieces and then scraped it off. The guy said the same word about Rothko that I did, "Portal". I think I understand. I think Rothko's work is profound. It is almost like there are all the paintings ever done and then Rothko's. I don't know if I'll keep that opinion. And I don't necessarily mean it as a compliment. It's just how it is. Rothko takes you, the others show you.

Kim hollered at me, "You don't mind that Kaley is in Girl Scouts?!?!" I said, "Well, as long as she doesn't sell the cookies, it's okay."

I still listen to song #11 on "In Utero" every morning when coming into JSC. It is called "Tourette's". It starts with a screeching backfeed which matches my brain waves. Can't understand a word he's screaming.

Hi, Alice. You're welcome to read and comment (same for anonymous). I wish I could read your blog. I have one neighbor from El Salvador and another from Panama. Maybe one of those guys can translate for me.
