137Well, Daddy. Cleaning the posts off did not work. Adding water to the battery didn't work.
I rolled the Element near enough to Kim's car to hook the jumper cables to my battery. I didn't have the keys to Kim's car, so I couldn't get much juice.
So I took the battery out of Kim's car and put it in mine. Unfortunately, the pluses and minuses on that battery are opposite from the pluses and minuses on my battery. That is to say, I put the battery in backwards. Fortunately, I have learned not to laugh at engineers who make those kind of mistakes.
Then, everything was dead. After that, I talked to you on the phone. We laughed. Sorry about the clutch on your truck.
With the help of your daughter, I was able to find the fuse I had blown. It is all working now.
I'll give you a 100 on the Daddy scale. Here is to hoping for closer connection. Happy Father's Day.

Daddy considers these two entries as great Father's Day cards! Just one question...why was you mother not recognized, when she told you how to post your pictures on your website when your connection was broken????
I did mention it... you must of been skimming that day ;-)
I'm glad he likes the entries. I tried to paint, but ended up erasing it.
