Finished the book. It all sounds good in theory, but I wonder if the guy started getting old and couldn't remember stuff, so he came up with a theory that makes old age sound better.
Kinda like saying, "50 is the new 30".
Baby boomers are retiring and have oodles of money oozing out of their pores and they have no idea what to do. All they know is it must be spent! I should sell a book called "65 The New 25!" I could ramp it up a notch!
But Einstein said, "Theories make observation"... in other words "intuition first, followed by the five senses". This goes back to intuition being the sixth sense and supports the theory in the book.
But Einstein had the sense of intuition when he was a kid... He had to prove what he already "knew". So I'm back to thinking the author was in a midlife crisis hoping to make himself feel young again. Deluding himself with a book.
BUT! As one coming from the other side of the bridge, I'll say I don't think the information age does away with the need for experience. My ears tune in when the seasoned craftsman speaks. The limelight goes to the physical and mathematical feats of youth; the shade to the teachers and nurtures of age. Exit stage left.

Hey Keith, tell Kim that the pasta was awesome!...not too vegetablely...perfect. I'm sure it was healthy too, until I poured Parmesan cheese on it.
I'll take more next time. Thanks!
Will do.
Got the refrigerator door handle in. Just carved on it a bit. Put thumb and finger indents. Polished it. Looks good, but doesn't match.
Wanna see what Beefcake's house looks like? Thought maybe I wouldn't publish it for not wanting to show Red Bud Natural Disasters...
Thanks, Larry. I'm glad you liked it :-)
The refridgerator looks sooooo much better! Thanks, Keith.
Oh, Beefcake gave me the inside tour when he got home. I think it didn't hurt anything structural. But, Eduardo is coming so we probably should fill our tanks and buy up all the water on Wal-Mart's shelf, and EVACUATE! This could be the big one.
Eddie is back!
Ammo is my #1 priority.
I need a 10 megawatt generator!
Pontoon!
I must Eddie-proof the water faucet again quickly.
Hide the basketball poles!
Maybe he learned a specialty. Kinda like Saribelle? knows massage therapy. Probably something like inflicting instant death grips.
