Kaley and I have been playing lots of games lately. I taught her how to play gin rummy on Sunday. I had forgotten the rules it has been so long. I had even forgot some of the rules for Stratego.When we go to The Netherlands, we plan on playing games in the airplane.
Next week, the whole family, except for me, is going to Disney World. I am a conscientious objector, but I hope they have fun anyway. They saved for a year or two to go. Kim has it all planned out. She bought books. She's got an itinerary. I think plans and organization are easier to accomplish when it isn't work :-)

I'm not so bad at organizing - I just have a hard time STAYING organized! I think it is so sool that you and Kaley have been enjoying playing games together.
I, too, think it is wonderful that you spend time with your kids and just enjoy them so much while you can! And Kim is pretty organized, Keith. I'll defend her there - enough said!
What I'm wondering is, how in heck is Kovi going to be entertained for 10 hours (or so) on the plane each way without being able to move around much? I don't think I've ever noticed kids his age traveling on airplanes before for any length of time. Guess you guys will find out!

Kim is running Spoonbill and our neighbor's business... has got the Netherlands and Disney World set up... and is directing the latest hurricanes.
10 Hours on a plane with Kovi... Kim said she's got lots of games.

I might need to line up a few more games! Hopefully he will sleep for at least a few of those hours!
Stratego is such a great game! I love using minesweepers to clear the way for my spy (but keep that on the QT)!
I hated that helpless feeling when a minesweeper was making it's way to your flag :)
