Gotta "painter's donkey" now. Bought some genuine Holland paints, two hog hair brushes, one long skinny sable and a palette knife. I went back and forth on the paint tubes. I think I spent a couple hours deciding. I had the guy add things up a couple times, and then I'd switch things. I've been to two art stores, and have thought it out pretty well. Think I got what I needed... basically...
Oh! I got a linen canvas too. This will be my first go with linen. One thing is cheaper here - canvases (canvi?)
Erik got out a step ladder and made it into an adjustable easel. Got it strapped on the back of the bike.
Kim took the kids to Delft. They are at a field hockey game now. I think that all along I was hoping I could do just this. Thanks Kim for understanding. I hope you guys a wonderful time there. I'm really excited.

How is the painting going??? We are having a wonderful time - wonderful hosts!
We went to two old churches and a museum today! Saw the place where Vermeer is buried. Learned some history. Love you! See you tomorrow.
That´s awesome! I´ll make a new post as to what´s up with me.
