Shrimp Boat Quarantine

Everybody was feeling better today. Somehow it looks like that I have escaped. To ensure my own safety, I went to the coast. Since last Sunday I have been thinking about that shrimp boat dock. Spent a few hours studying the boats. I also went to a place where they are fixing up boats. They are drydocked. I also walked along the beach. It was very nice. My Honda Element, Nelly, sat on a good 500 yards of beach, alone. The waves looked rideable. kicked myself for not bringing my surfboard.

Ended up back at the shrimp boat dock. Sketched something. I saw the reflection of the ropes which tie the boats to the piers. I heard the squeaks of the boats rubbing against the tires on the dock. Barnacles. Rust. Whiskey bottle in the window. Staggered planks. Peeled back layers of paint. Pulleys. Braces. Cables.

Think I got myself a good sunburn.

You need to post that painting you showed me. Thanks for help with the $150 fence.

I'd like to get a pic out. Need to buy a memory card reader since the camera's port is busted. The LCD is messed up too. That said, I've got a lot of use out of that camera.

I'd like to post a picture of the drawing I did today too. Also wish I could post a pic of the open beach today.

You're welcome for the little bit of fence help.
