Yesterday Kim made me an appt at a doc in Alvin. Last time I was at that clinic I had a terribly long wait. The people in the waiting room looked like they had taken residence. I had her cancel the appt.
Today, Mark suggested the HEB Redi-clinic. That worked real well. I'm finally on antibiotics.
I think the redi-clinic is a place to go when you know what you need, and you just need the quick check to get what you need.
It's kinda weird getting your vitals checked to the sounds of cash registers, but it beats the heck out of those morose waiting rooms.
Maybe one day they'll put me on the conveyor and beep me with the laser scanner. You know, I just don't care.

I'm so glad Mark thought of that! You have been sick for way too long!
That would be like the grocery-store version of the CAT scan!
