Where is Quintana?
It is south of Freeport, about 40 miles south of Galveston.I read the "hysterical" marker today. It was settled in the 1500's. In the 1880's it was a stylin' spot. The 1900 storm all but wiped it out.

Today, went to the beach down in Quintana. Was chilly. Nice walk.
