Mix It

Do you think you can find brown in the rainbow? Is it between indigo and the next? No!

Color comes from light. Light can't make brown.

How is brown made???

Brown occurs when different colors from light turn on differing numbers of light receptors in your eye.

I just think it's odd that brown only exists in my noggin.

There is no pure brown light.

Or brown is there, but it is a composition of things.

But is anything really not a composition?

Is it always a mix?

If so, aren't all things one?

Gee!

In a pixel on a computer screen, when you mix all the colors you don't get brown, you get white...

With oil paints, when you mix too much it turns gray.
