My dad came over today with the pastor of his church. He's a mechanic. He gave me a couple tips on what to try and so we gave it a shot.
Drained oil. Used pipe wrench to take off filter.
Pulling the sparkplugs and turning the engine shot water and oil all over the windshield, but all four cylinders shot which was a good sign.
Turned the battery back in and, lo and behold, it charged. Good. It was a brand new battery and I thought it was lost after being shorted out in the creek water. SO, if nothing else, I have a good extra battery.
Found out that the gas tank has a drain plug. GOOD. Using cut out Ozarka single gallon containers, drained gas tank. There was definite separation, so the gas tank inhaled water. BAD.
Using WD-40 and a 19mm wrench, tire off, socket inside wheel well, turned crank shaft... spitting out Water Dispersed oil through sparkplug holes.
Took off intake to fuel filter, turned ignition to On - purged watery fuel from line.
TODO: Lots... but there's hope that this car will run once again... and if it does... it'll be my car. '91 Honda Accord. It's so grunge :)

We can hope! I won;t argue about it being your car. Grunge away! ;-)
You can ask Uncle Mark for advice too if you want - talekd to dad (pop? I forget!) today and he said that Mark had done this 'a million times'...
Good luck!
Cool. Thanks!
