Kaley got to play Sergeant? That's a great role! I love the part when he sings "When the 'coster's finished jumping on his mother" and the chorus responds wistfully, but with gusto, "on his mother." Keystone cops before the Keystone cops were invented. And Sergeant gets the crucial line that disarms the pirates... hmmm... wonder if they Americanized that bit.
Yep. I hear she did a good job... last minute fill in. Pretty amazing. I'd have choked if they would have asked me. I like when they sing "Go ye heroes! Go to glory and the grave!"... and they are all like, "What???"
