I woke up wondering about diverticulitis. I thought this was funny advice:
Good sources of fiber include whole grains (bran has the highest fiber content, about 25 to 45 percent), nuts and seeds, legumes, fruits, vegetables, and a dietary supplement of fiber products such as Citrucel or Metamucil. Foods such as nuts, popcorn hulls, and sunflower, pumpkin, caraway, and sesame seeds should be avoided.
Anyway, it seems like all I read was quit plugging yourself up with white bread, hunks of meat and processed cheese.
