Wooden Boat

Had a good talk with Myles about boat building.  He came over and I showed him a couple books on building wooden boats, my incomplete square, tools etc.  I really hope I can follow through on building it.  Myles is "the wood guy".  He works for a wood distributor and has been on the periphery of all sorts of business, big and small, that use wood to build furniture, crown moldings etc.

The square I am making I made from a plank of wood that he gave me a couple years ago.  I got to tell him that.
