Sensor Board, Being A Geek And Having A Plan

For Kaley's science experiment, may purchase this board for logging data for the different solar panels.

Spoonbill Mark is building his own little robot on his own time.  Thinking about embedded programming.

Met a guy on the airplane that worked for TI and they are about to release a "hobbyist board" for programming.  What are the odds of sitting next to a guy running Linux and writing a device driver as you fly???

I got the schematics for a robot yesterday and will hopefully be part of writing a simulation of it.  I am so ready to do something *specific* rather than general research type learning or programming for what might be needed.  Think I'm ready to talk to people again.  Get plugged back in.  I was at a stale point a few years ago and buried myself in learning.  Still feel inadequate, but have to be much better than I was then.

Think I need a plan for the house, retirement, work, science fair, kids and all --- and follow it.  I've been running all out for too long then crashing... then running all out... then crashing...

Maybe I will start by giving myself a haircut... and buying a couple shirts that don't have paint splattered all over them... and just do things less erratically.  Could I do that?  The sad thing is, I don't think I can... I don't mean too sad... just wish I could put that nice shirt on and sit down like a grown up and follow through.  I need help.  I wish Kris lived nearby so we could help each other on our projects.

Gonna start with that haircut.

I didn't give myself a haircut. I bought 220 square feet of Pergo and put more stuff in tubs and hid them in the attic.
