At the top of the Facebook page it says "Add Photo / Video." I haven't tried it, though. To show a YouTube video, just go to the video in YouTube and click "share." Also, I think you can host the video from a personal web server by just adding a "link" from the Facebook menu to your hosted video.
I'm sorry, Robert. There is a commercial where this guy says, "Does anybody know how to post videos on facebook?" And two guys flip their phones around and have the video of him on facebook, already uploaded and playing, asking the question, "Does anybody know how to post videos on facebook?" I feel bad! Maybe I need to not ask questions when I'm joking!
No problem. I went right into answering mode without thinking about who was asking the question, or why. I recently had a cousin ask how to upload an mp3 to facebook and we had to host it from an external web site (option 3 above).
