Mariachi Men Scare Me

Some people fear clowns.  Some fear dolls with button eyes.  I fear the mariachi men.

PS: Is that a credit card scanner on his gee-tar?

The device is probably a mechanical vibration frequency measurement apparatus, i.e. a guitar tuner.
