Security And A Key


I just wrote car friends:

Key won't turn in Honda.
Kim took it in.
$160 for key.
The key didn't work.
So now they want $800.
I'd rather keep it hotwired.
Can we keep it hotwired?

This hits my pet peeve and I just went into old man soapbox mode.

I think I will keep key in ignition, but just on the start position. If anybody steals it, let'm have it.
