Along The Sea Wall

Painted this in Galveston right below the memorial for those lost in the hurricane at the turn of the century.

I missed going to the art walk. I got absorbed in this.

I really put a lot into that painting. I don't think it shows. Oh well.

This is a gorgeous painting. I love the rock on the right, behind the gray rock. The flowers are so pretty.

Went to the beach again today. Took Kaley surfing. Got a snow cone at the stand. And took Kaley to the spot where I did the painting.

The water was so murky today. I have a high tolerance for muddied water... but seeing Kaley in it was just too much.

Another note, this wasn't *right* below that memorial. It was close. The statue of the dolphins was closer.

Those aren't rocks... I was trying to draw sea gulls. :-)
