Spoonbill - Retirement Plan

I should rephrase "retirement plan." Actually, maybe I should just take out the word "plan". Yeah, after some deliberation, I may need to rescind the word "retirement". No doubt, Spoonbill shall preserve its geometry.

Spoonbill hasn't had the energy to look into other options in regards to a retirement plan. The last retirement plan was through "Fidelity". Here is a statement from an article on Fidelity:

Fidelity responds that its holdings are permitted under US regulations and that, as Crowley put it, "Our funds have a fiduciary responsibility to act in the financial interests of their investors, in keeping with the investment policies for each fund. This is not Fidelity investing its own money, this is Fidelity investing the money of millions of people."

The situation in Darfur, she said, "is a matter to be properly resolved by the governments of the world and the United Nations. And we truly hope they will do what is right."

Spoonbill probably doesn't even have the option for a retirement through Fidelity. If the option were available, Spoonbill might not be able to wait for the governments of the world and the United Nations to form legislation to ensure that Fidelity's monies were used in a humanitarian way. Spoonbill wonders about the millions of people that Fidelity serves.

But Spoonbill isn't leading or exploring other options presently. Spoonbill really has been just too depressed to play the market. Or maybe just too lazy.
