Mark and I were having trouble with the Internet connection the last couple days. It looks like my faithful Linksys router is on the fritz. It has been a workhorse. I bet it is 10 years old. Funny how attached I am to that little blue box.
Anyhow, I went to Best Buy instead of Fry's. I know that Best Buy is expensive and maybe Best Buy is "the man" or something, but all I have to say about Best Buy right now is good. The difference between Fry's and Best Buy was night and day. The employees were helpful and cheerful.
I got another Linksys router. It looks almost exactly the same. I'm going to think of this as the great-grandchild of my workhorse router.

Linksys makes one of those blue ones that has an "L" at the end of the model number... it runs Linux and has tons of custom firmware available on the internet (I run the firmware called "Tomato"). Anyways, check and see if that is what you got.
