On Netflix I sorted by rating. I gave Kaley three choices that were rated G. The one she picked had Robert Duvall. Duvall is the Christian kung fu master that leads the golfer to higher ground. During the movie I started joking and at one point said, "Now for a mini rant. Rewind and listen. See what he said??? He said, 'See, feel - don't think' Now right here, I'm in full disagreement just so you know."
Anyhow, by the end, I think Kaley and I were both scared. Kaley puts it like this, "It's creepy". We had been invited into a cemetery "to bury our lies". I think the movie was a portal into a ministry to save us.
PS: This has nothing to do with anything but I just noticed an entire gallon of wood glue behind the cocoa pebbles.

I think I know what you are driving at... It is senseless going on feelings and emotions (instead of facts) that leads people into cults and false doctrine. The Bible says, "Study to show yourself approved..." God teaches to diligently seek Him. There is no incompatibility with science, truth and God. However, when we allow our emotions to run wild, we can dream up anything. Faith, however, is the other side of the coin. It is believing in something or Someone we can't see, hear or touch in this life; however, it is based upon knowledge and the word of God. I am glad you are teaching Kaley to think about what she hears. Mom V
